Information Security Policy
The HOEI GROUP is founded on the trust we have earned by providing our customers with a high level of service in terms of technology and quality. Securing and maintaining the trust of our customers is essential in today’s social environment, where information technology is constantly advancing. Appropriate security measures must be implemented to protect our information assets from threats such as information accidents, disasters, and external cyber-attacks, whether intentional or negligent. We must also constantly promote efforts to satisfy advanced information security standards.
We have established the Information Security Policy to implement optimal protection measures for the information assets held by the HOEI GROUP and to continue to be a company trusted by society.

- 1. HOEI shall comply with all laws and regulations related to information security, as well as the requirements of our customers.
The “Personal Information Protection Law” is an example of related laws and regulations. - 2. HOEI shall assess risks and take measures to prevent information leaks, focusing on confidentiality.
- 3. HOEI shall properly assess threats and vulnerabilities that may expose information assets to risks and identify and protect against risks involving information assets.
- 4. HOEI shall continuously provide all employees with the necessary education and training to raise their awareness and knowledge of information security.
- 5. Employees who identify a security incident shall promptly report it to the responsible person and take action.
- 6. HOEI shall establish an organization with a designated person in charge to maintain and improve security and protect against new threats. In addition, we will continuously improve and maintain our information security management system.
