Analysis Section
HOEI has an Analysis Section that conducts analysis required for quality control, etc., in a timely fashion.
We have selected analysis systems mainly for the quality control of manufactured products and analysis of specimens under development. These optimum analysis systems include the ICP emission spectroscopic analyzer, combustion ion chromatography analyzer, and scanning electron microscope, enabling us to conduct high-precision analysis.
ICP emission spectroscopic analyzer
A sample solution is atomized and introduced into the Ar plasma. The light emitted when the excited element returns to the base state is spectroscopically analyzed. The element’s qualitative information is analyzed from the wavelength, and quantitative information is analyzed from the intensity.
Combustion ion chromatography analyzer
The gases generated when the specimen is combusted at a high temperature are collected into an absorption solution. The generated ions are then quantified with the ion chromatography analyzer.
Acid dissolving work
The gases generated when the specimen is combusted at a high temperature are collected into an absorption solution. The generated ions are then quantified with the ion chromatography analyzer.
