Briquette processing system for polishing powder, etc.

HOEI METAL's briquette processing system recycles turning and chips generated in the automobile production process, as well as disposed polishing scrap and iron powder. It then converts these into briquette products, which are used as raw material for casting.
Briquettes are categorized into iron turning briquettes, steel turning briquettes (mixed with abrasive powder), and beryllium copper briquettes, with a processing method employed based on the application. Briquettes have a diameter of 150 mm, with the length set based on the needs of the customer. Particular attention is paid to product quality. By firing material after press-molding, machine oil and water can be almost completely removed, resulting in high-value added raw material for casting.
